Life at Noah’s Farm
FAQs

Before you apply

Every application is read by a person on the team. No automated screening decides whether you move forward.

Working at Noah’s Farm

Do you sponsor visas and relocation?

Yes, for research and engineering roles. We handle the E-7 process and cover relocation to Korea, including the first month of housing.

Do you take interns or new graduates?

Yes. We run a six-month research internship twice a year, and we hire from it. Watch this page or write to us through the open application.

Do I need a flavor background?

No. Half the team came from drug discovery, materials science or plain software. What we need is someone who can be rigorous about a sense most people treat as subjective.

The recruitment process

What do the stages look like?

An intro call with the hiring manager, a technical deep-dive on work you have actually done, then a panel with the people you would sit beside. Three to four weeks end to end.

Do you use AI to screen applications?

No. Every application is read by a member of the team.

When will I hear back?

Within ten working days of applying, either way.

Can I apply for more than one role?

Apply to the closest one. If another team is the better fit we will move you across rather than make you start again.

Will I get feedback if I am not successful?

Yes, from the technical stage onward, and it will be specific.
